fees & payment policies
Broadleaf Health has set our therapy fees according to guidelines for services outlined by College of Psychologists of Ontario and the College of Social Services Workers of Ontario, and we believe that mental health care should be affordable and accessible to everyone who seeks support.
The cost of services varies depending on the treatment type (individual therapy, skills group, etc.) and the clinician. During the orientation process for families, we will provide a list of service fees, as well as our payment terms and cancellation policies.
Payment Terms
OHIP does not cover psychological services or social work services. Many private health insurance or benefit plans provide a degree of coverage for these services. We are happy to work with you to maximize your coverage and make our services as accessible as possible.
We provide direct billing for some insurance/benefit plans, and payment is required at the start of each appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid payment charges.
