Jonathan is an Associate Professor, Psychology, at the University of Waterloo, contributing to the Psychological Intervention Research Team.

His research group studies the change process in response to psychological interventions, support the research program of each of his students. 

Currently topics include case conceptualization, motivation, nonspecific factors in change processes, and interventions to reduce music performance anxiety.
